The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harvey has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Harvey checks a leg kick.
Harvey displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Lomax throws out the jab.
Harvey misses with a looping right.
Harvey throws a nice looking combination but Lomax bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Lomax has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Harvey finds it's way round the side to connect with Lomax's head.
Donk. Harvey catches Lomax right on the button with a cross.
Lomax tries to close the distance and clinch but Harvey swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Lomax throws a lazy uppercut
and Harvey counters with a nice leg kick.
Harvey throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lomax's waist but Lomax gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Harvey off to one side.
Harvey lands a lovely overhand right.
Harvey lands with a nice body punch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Harvey throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lomax stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Harvey takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Lomax throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
No joy there for Harvey, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
The fight stays on the outside here - Lomax looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Harvey works over Lomax's head and body with a nice combination.
Harvey misses with a low kick as Lomax jumps back.
Lomax tries to move into range but Harvey moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Harvey shoots in but no luck this time.
Lomax checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Harvey swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Lomax counters with a low kick, right behind Harvey 's knee.
The fighters circle momentarily. Lomax darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Harvey is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Harvey connects with a single shot there.
Lomax scoring well with a low kick there.
Harvey does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Some wild striking there from Harvey.
Harvey is breathing heavily.
Lomax feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Harvey's calf.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lomax throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Lomax misses the jab.
Harvey on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Lomax blocks a head kick by Harvey.
Lomax throws a hook but Harvey blocks it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Harvey. Lomax does a little dance to reset his feet.
Lomax lands with a good body shot.
A slapping leg kick lands for Lomax.
Harvey dodges the punch combination from Lomax.
Lomax lands a head shot.
Oh Harvey is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Harvey fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Harvey seems to have got his legs back now.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brian Harvey. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lomax clinches.

Lomax breaks from the clinch.
Lomax fakes the leg kick and cracks Harvey in the body.
Lomax pounces like a tiger and cracks Harvey with a vicious hook! Harvey is down but not out! Lomax follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
