Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Stan Richard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Doc Holliday (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Richard comes to the cage accompanied by In Ashes They Shall Reap. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Doc Holliday enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Stan Richard!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Doc Holliday!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A lazy left from Richard finds it's target.
Richard tries to clinch but Holliday moves out of range.

Holliday escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Richard gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Richard is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Holliday is aware though and is defending well.

Holliday has gone for a leg lock! Richard slips out almost immediately though and dives into Holliday's guard.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!


Holliday uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Richard.
Holliday takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Richard is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Holliday looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A punch lands to the side of Richard 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Richard throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Holliday's waist but Holliday gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Richard off to one side.

Holliday loads up on a big right hand but Richard slips the punch.

Richard tries to score a power double leg takedown but Holliday sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Richard somewhat.

Richard takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Richard looks to land a right hand but Holliday moved out of range.

Richard gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Holliday avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Holliday uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Richard.
Stan Richard has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Doc Holliday is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Richard will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Holliday misses with a takedown attempt - Richard sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Stan Richard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Doc Holliday.

Holliday might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Stan Richard.
I think Holliday has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
