Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mark Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Mayo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mayo has chosen Super Furry Animals - Golden Retriever as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chris Mayo!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown misses with a takedown attempt - Mayo sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Mayo pushes Brown up against the cage in a clinch.
Mayo will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Brown up against the cage.
Mayo receives a warning from the referee for stalling.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Chris Mayo.
Mayo scores with a jab to the body.
Brown moves out of range of the strikes.
Brown throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Brown shoots in and drives through. Mayo sprawls well.
Brown throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mayo's waist but Mayo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Brown off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mark Brown. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Brown shoots in but no luck this time.
Brown shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mayo but Mayo pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Mayo misses with a lunging right hand
so Brown counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mayo wants to sweep here but Brown controlling him for the moment.
Brown won't allow Mayo to get back to his feet.
Brown is pushing down on Mayo's leg trying to pass to half guard. Mayo is fighting to maintain full guard but Brown has managed to sneak the leg through.
Mayo tries to kick Brown off but Brown keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Mayo is looking for a sweep. Brown is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Mayo kicks off Brown and gets to his feet.
Brown really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Brown takes one on the chin but seems OK.
A lazy left from Brown finds it's target.
Brown shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Mayo's guard.
Mayo looks gassed!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mayo wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Mayo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Brown. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Brown sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Mayo's guard.
Brown frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Brown goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Mayo is on top in guard.
Mayo must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Brown looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Mayo trying to stand up but can't free himself from Brown's guard.
Brown is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Brown keeping moving, preventing Mayo from controlling successfully.

Brown has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mayo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Brown is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Brown is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Brown is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Mayo is defending against the submission attempts here by Brown.
Brown is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Mayo defends it well.
Brown is trying for a kimura here. Mayo looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Brown wins by kimura!
