The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakuragi avoids the head kick by Osada.
Osada thuds his shin into the meat of Sakuragi's side.
Horrible takedown by Sakuragi or perhaps it was just good defense by Osada which made him look bad.
Sakuragi shoots in for a takedown but Osada shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Osada throws a quick inside leg kick.
Osada scores with a push kick.
Sakuragi staying out of range there.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Osada lands a really nice looking cross but Sakuragi seems unphased.
Osada delivers a nice body kick.
Sakuragi looks gassed!
Good leg kick by Osada there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Sakuragi has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Osada.

It looks like Hanamichi Sakuragi has been cut.
Osada lets loose with a powerful body kick. Sakuragi will feel that in the morning.
Sakuragi takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
