The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suraski fails with the takedown.
Suraski throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Deeneero stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

and Deeneero makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Suraski lands a left and a right that send Deeneero crashing to the mat, dazed. Suraski thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Spikely Deeneero has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Suraski looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Deeneero can't hide his disappointment, as Suraski celebrates the victory.
