The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petkovic blocks a head kick by Evans.
Evans cracks Petkovic with a right hand to the side of the head.
It looks like Roman Petkovic has been cut.
Evans lands a left and a right that send Petkovic crashing to the mat, dazed. Evans thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Evans misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Petkovic.
Petkovic walks into a jab.
Petkovic is rocked!
Evans ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Petkovic is still on wobbly legs! Can Evans finish him?
Petkovic is holding his hands too far apart here. Evans throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Petkovic is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
