Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jason Krutcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Van Campbell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Krutcher comes to the cage accompanied by Fun Things - Savage. Campbell is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by "White Bitch" by the Black Diamond Heavies. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Krutcher counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Krutcher throws a hook but Campbell avoids it easily.
Campbell jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Campbell tries to clinch up but Krutcher circles away and keeps his distance.

Krutcher jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Campbell walks away with a smile on his face. Krutcher gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

and Krutcher counters with a head kick that drops Campbell to the mat! Campbell scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Van Campbell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Campbell just misses with a elbow thrown towards Krutcher's brow.
Krutcher is trying to push Campbell away but Campbell has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Krutcher looks to land a left hand but Campbell moved out of range nicely.
Campbell lands with a kick to the temple. Krutcher shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Campbell is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

That was a close round but I would say that Jason Krutcher will probably get the nod.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Krutcher lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Campbell has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Campbell and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Krutcher engages and cracks Campbell with a massive lead left hook - Campbell tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Krutcher is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
