Barnes throws a leg kick which misses Rammell's front leg but catches the back leg as Rammell tries to avoid it.
Barnes's corner calls for a 1-2. Barnes obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Barnes ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Barnes shoots for a takedown but Rammell saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Barnes shoots in and bounces Rammell off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Barnes seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Barnes accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Rammell clobbers Barnes with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Barnes fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rammell manages to avoid it.

Well Barnes has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
