Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eric Antelz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quatro Teenth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Antelz might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Godsmack - Speak. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eric Antelz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Quatro Teenth!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teenth is looking to slow Antelz down with leg kicks.
Teenth connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

A solid leg kick lands there for Teenth.

Quatro Teenth seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Teenth lands a head kick. Antelz smiles back at him and beckons him forward.


It looks like Eric Antelz has been cut.
Antelz dives in and grabs Teenth's left leg, looking for a takedown. Teenth pushes down on Antelz's head and hops out.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Teenth throws a head kick that Antelz semi-blocks.

Teenth gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Antelz to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Teenth controls Antelz momentarily but Antelz frees himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Teenth wants to sweep but no luck.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Antelz throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Teenth tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Antelz is in Teenth's guard.

Antelz works over Teenth with some ground and pound from guard.

Teenth looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Antelz tries to free his leg and advance position but Teenth is retaining full guard.
Antelz throwing strikes from guard but Teenth blocks nicely.
Teenth looking for a sweep. Not yet Teenth, not yet.
Antelz in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Antelz tries to free his leg and advance position but Teenth is retaining full guard.
Antelz wants to control from the top but Teenth keeps moving.
Antelz throws and elbow that misses. Teenth uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Antelz's guard. Nice move by Teenth!

Teenth sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Antelz's guard.
Antelz regains full guard. Nicely done.

Antelz working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Teenth doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Teenth manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Teenth seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Teenth passes Antelz's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Teenth is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Teenth fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Antelz has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Teenth fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Antelz.
Antelz shoots in but Teenth avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Antelz chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Teenth can pounce on him.
Antelz misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Teenth lands with a kick to the ribs.
Teenth throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Antelz takes a kick to the side of the head.

Teenth gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Teenth tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Antelz wants to break free but Teenth has control.
Teenth gets underhooks to prevent Antelz's takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Eric Antelz. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Antelz has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Teenth avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Antelz drops down looking for an ankle pick but Teenth pulls his leg out and moves away.
Antelz has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Teenth.
Crunch! Teenth slams his shin into Antelz's torso.
Antelz tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

A nice inside leg kick there by Teenth. That's going to slow Antelz down.
Teenth lands with a kick to the temple. Antelz shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Teenth throws a body punch but Antelz moves out of range.
Teenth fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Antelz chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Teenth can pounce on him.

A nice inside leg kick there by Teenth. That's going to slow Antelz down.
Teenth tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Antelz manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Antelz doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Teenth lands a nice looking body kick.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Teenth.
Teenth chopping away at his opponent's legs.

Quatro Teenth seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Teenth tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Antelz was well out of range. Poor timing from Teenth.
Teenth buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Teenth lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Teenth jabs Antelz right on the nose. Antelz blinks but takes it well.

Quatro Teenth is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Antelz tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Teenth keeps Antelz at a distance using the push kick.
Teenth connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Antelz takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Teenth fakes the leg kick and cracks Antelz in the body.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Quatro Teenth showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Teenth drives through and clinches with Antelz against the cage.
A bit of stalling here from Teenth.
Teenth throws a knee to the head but misses.
Antelz wants a takedown.
Antelz tries to pull guard but Teenth holds him up against the cage and eventually Antelz drops back down to his feet.
Teenth has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Come on Teenth - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

Teenth throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Antelz.
Antelz is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Teenth moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Teenth looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Teenth throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Antelz is trying to drag Teenth to the mat but Teenth just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Teenth is trying to maintain a safe position but Antelz gets an underhook and turns Teenth into the cage.

Teenth escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Antelz shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Teenth but Teenth pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Antelz is trying to force a seperation but Teenth has the dominant position.
Antelz tries to pull guard but Teenth won't allow it.

Eric Antelz has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
