PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Roger Kint (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rufus Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee has chosen Kick out the Jams by The MC5s as his entrance music. Lee has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Donk. Kint catches Lee right on the button with a cross.
Kint fails in his attempt to clinch.
Lee walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Lee swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Lee looks gassed!
Lee has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Lee there as he acknowledges the shot.
Lee displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kint throws out the jab.

Kint shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kint showed some decent athleticism there.
Kint content to control rather than advance.
Kint uses his free foot to push down on Lee's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Lee.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kint moves to take his opponent's back.

Lee is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Kint off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.

Kint has got one arm under Lee's chin. This could be trouble... Lee trying to control the other hand but Kint gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Lee has tapped out! The fight is over!
