Almasy drops OReily with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but OReily looks back up at him and smiles so Almasy waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Almasy steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! OReily is out on his feet! Almasy sets himself and nearly takes OReily's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
