Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Arlovski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rennet Greyven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arlovski comes to the cage accompanied by Machine Head-Now I Lay Thee Down. Rennet Greyven acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greyven ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Arlovski moves away.
Arlovski stuffs the takedown.

and Arlovski counters by clinching up.

Arlovski manages to break the clinch.
Arlovski uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Greyven.
Arlovski steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Greyven.

Greyven tries to stall but Arlovski uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Arlovski has Greyven pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Arlovski pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Greyven tumbling to the mat - Arlovski dives into Greyven's guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Arlovski accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

It looks like Rennet Greyven has been cut.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Arlovski uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Greyven.
Greyven looks to score with a jab to the body but Arlovski is just out of range.
Greyven throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
