The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Miyagi moves into the clinch.
Miyagi has Oliveira pushed against the cage.
Miyagi unloads a knee to the mid-section. Oliveira lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Miyagi putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Oliveira in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Oliveira fails to pull guard.

Oliveira jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Miyagi walks away with a smile on his face. Oliveira gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Oliveira shoots in but Miyagi avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Charles Oliveira. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Miyagi tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Miyagi tries to close the distance and clinch but Oliveira swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

and Oliveira counters with a two punch combo.

Oliveira shoots for a double leg takedown but Miyagi sprawls well. He's pushed Oliveira's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Charles Oliveira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Miyagi closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Oliveira successfully pulls guard.

Oliveira is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Oliveira is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Miyagi is aware though and is defending well.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Kesuke Miyagi.
I've got Miyagi winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
