Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Chris Stone!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paulsen Ambrosius and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sagdiyev shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Sagdiyev looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sagdiyev looking to finish Stone with some ground and pound. This is bad for Stone!
Stone tries to hold on but Sagdiyev pushes him away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sagdiyev cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Sagdiyev is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Stone can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Stone is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Sagdiyev softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Stone is out cold! Sagdiyev jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Borat Sagdiyev!
