The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Johnson. No joy for Schneider on that attempt.
Schneider with a poor takedown
and Johnson counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Johnson tries to bum rush Schneider with a series of wild strikes but Schneider uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Schneider has his takedown stuffed
and Johnson counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Dean Schneider has been cut.
CJ Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dean Schneider.
Johnson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Johnson.
Schneider is rocked!
Schneider gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Johnson points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Schneider wakes up just in time to hear Johnson thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
