Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Luke Skywalker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Urpo Muilu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Skywalker comes to the cage accompanied by Raised on Rock. Muilu is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: he's going the distance. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muilu misses with a looping left.
Muilu keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Skywalker gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Skywalker blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Skywalker scores with a shoulder strike.
Skywalker takes an elbow to the temple.
Muilu is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Muilu swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Muilu tries to work over Skywalker's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Muilu jumps guard and drags Skywalker to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Skywalker tries to hold on but Muilu postures up.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Muilu cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Muilu lands a big shot there that rocks Skywalker but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Skywalker wants to control but Muilu is having none of it.
Muilu throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Skywalker is in a horrible position here. Muilu smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Skywalker bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Muilu has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Skywalker can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Skywalker connects with a right hand. Muilu shakes it off.
Skywalker dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Muilu. That did some damage!
Muilu throws a shot from downtown. Skywalker moves away and avoids it.
Muilu lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

The fighters circling - Muilu throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Muilu shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Skywalker pinned against the cage. Skywalker gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

and Muilu counters with a nice low kick that buckles Skywalker's knee momentarily.

Skywalker misses with an attempted mid kick.
Muilu delivers a nice body kick.
Muilu looks to throw the jab but Skywalker is out of range.
Skywalker ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Muilu moves away.
Muilu tries to clinch there but Skywalker circles away.
Skywalker wants to slow Muilu down by chopping away at his legs.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Muilu tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Skywalker is able to avoid easily.
Muilu throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Skywalker on the side of the head.

Skywalker fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Muilu, pushing him back against the cage.
Muilu tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Skywalker's elbow.

Muilu tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Skywalker avoids it.

Muilu manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Muilu is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Skywalker lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Muilu moves out of range of the leg kick from Skywalker.
Muilu throws a hook but Skywalker blocks it.
Skywalker jabs Muilu right on the nose. Muilu blinks but takes it well.

Skywalker comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Skywalker slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Skywalker lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Muilu at a distance.

Skywalker tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Skywalker digs a right hand underneath Muilu's ribcage. Muilu let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Muilu lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Luke Skywalker has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Skywalker tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Muilu's elbow.

Muilu wants the takedown. Skywalker is fighting it off but Muilu persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Skywalker's guard against the cage.
