The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stroker takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Stroker shoots and misses
and Valentine makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Stroker drops his hands momentarily and Valentine takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

It looks like Willie Stroker has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Stroker doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Valentine counters with a stiff right hand.

Stroker is rocked!
Stroker has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Valentine.
Stroker looks gassed!
Both fighters circling a little - Valentine finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Valentine lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Stroker fails with the takedown
and Valentine cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Stroker is still on wobbly legs! Can Valentine finish him?
Alexander Valentine has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Willie Stroker.
Valentine cracks Stroker with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Stroker falls to his knees and Valentine doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
