The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramos fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Ramos looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Silva stuffs the takedown attempt from Ramos. Ramos gets slowly back to his feet.
Rafa Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tony Ramos.
Silva tries a head kick but it misses.
A solid leg kick lands there for Silva.
Ramos shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Silva as he jumps to the side.

Silva lands a big head kick that sends Ramos tumbling to the mat! Silva takes a step backwards and waves Ramos back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Ramos is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ramos is defended easily by Silva.
Nice takedown defense from Silva. No joy for Ramos on that attempt.
Ramos shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Silva pinned against the cage. Silva gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Ramos shoots in looking for a takedown. Silva tries to sprawl out of it but Ramos keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Silva manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Ramos seems to have recovered his senses.
