Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nate Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brij Khali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Paul Tew and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz fails with a takedown attempt.
Diaz looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Khali scores with a shot to the body.
Khali moves into the clinch.
Khali's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Diaz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Khali tries to avoid it but Diaz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Khali to the ground. Khali escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Diaz loses concentration momentarily and Khali pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Diaz crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Khali finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Brij Khali!
