Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Avila (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darius Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Avila defending well as Parker loads up on a big left hand.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Avila.
Avila moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Avila lands a nice leg kick that just misses Parker's sensitive parts.
Parker ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Avila moves away.

It looks like Tommy Avila has been cut.
A solid leg kick lands there for Avila.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Avila throws a lazy right hand but Parker sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Parker swings for the body but Avila moves out of range.
Avila fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Parker checks it well.
Avila throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Avila throws the kick towards the body but Parker avoids it.

Avila wants to land a leg kick but Parker is out of range.
Avila looks for the body kick but Parker saw that one coming.
Parker ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Avila cracks the inside of Parker's front leg.
Avila connects with a leg kick. Parker looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Parker misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Avila throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Avila fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Parker has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Avila throws a shot from downtown. Parker moves away and avoids it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Avila turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Avila takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Avila leaves his chin hanging out and Parker seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Avila crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
