Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Housei Kage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lu Bu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lu Bu will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shigeki Fujiwara and Sosuke Kotani.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bu's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Bu duly obliges.
Bu scores with a body shot.
Bu cracks the inside of Kage's front leg.
Bu scores with a jab. Kage acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Bu lands with a thumping leg kick.
Bu feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Kages jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
A chopping leg kick lands by Bu.
A left and a right from Bu both land. Nice combination.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Kage on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Bu. Bu obviously looking to wear him down.
Kage is breathing heavily.
A nice inside leg kick there by Bu. That's going to slow Kage down.
Bu throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kage on the side of the head.
Bu dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kage. That did some damage!
A jab from Bu does it's job there.

Kage takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Bu throws a quick inside leg kick.
Bu thuds his shin into the meat of Kage's side.

Bu stuns Kage with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Kage walks forward, straight into a front kick from Bu.
Bu throws a series of strikes that have Kage backpedaling.

Kage doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Bu moves into range and connects with a jab.
Bu lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Bu fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kage.
Bu stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Bu is working the combinations to good effect here.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kage takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kage on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Lu Bu dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Bu closes the distance and lands a one-two.
A nice inside leg kick there by Bu. That's going to slow Kage down.
Kage stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Bu.
Kage shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Bu connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Kage takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Bu is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Kage is rocked!
Bu has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bu connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Oh Kage is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bu punishes Kage's body with a nice straight punch.
Kage seems to have got his legs back now.

Bu throws a nice outside leg kick.
Kage chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Bu can pounce on him.

Bu dips to his left and cracks Kage with an uppercut!
Bu fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kage has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Bu works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bu connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Bu buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Kage on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Bu connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Kage momentarily.
Bu cracks a nice hook into Kage's ribs.
Bu catches Kage with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Lu Bu seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Bu scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Bu cracks a nice hook into Kage's ribs.

Kage shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Bu! Kage is out on his feet! Bu rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Kage is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Kage is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:21 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lu Bu!
A very excited looking Lu Bu rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
