Hicks comes to the cage accompanied by Bang Your Head. Kyle has chosen Big Booty Woman as his entrance music. David Kyle has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hicks misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kyle chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Hicks fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kyle manages to avoid it.
Kyle lands a nice looking body shot.
Kyle tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hicks swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Kyle swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Hicks.
Horrible takedown by Hicks or perhaps it was just good defense by Kyle which made him look bad.

Kyle feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Hickss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Kyle throws a push kick but Hicks slaps the foot to one side.
Nice sprawl there from Kyle as Hicks shoots in.
Kyle lands a nice looking body shot.

and Hicks counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kyle won't be happy with that.

Hicks has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Hicks lands a nice short elbow.

Kyle is squirming around, avoiding Hicks's attempts to control the action.

Hicks fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Kyle takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Hicks's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
