Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Fyodor Pending (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quinton Concrete (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Concrete has chosen Pillar : Fire on the Inside as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 29 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fyodor Pending!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Quinton Concrete!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pending is looking to clinch but Concrete is avoiding it.

Concrete shoots in and bounces Pending off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Concrete cracks Pending with a solid left hand.
Concrete trying to control but Pending is working from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Concrete looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

Pending has his foot on Concrete's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Concrete works his way back into a safe position though.

Pending is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Concrete is aware though and is defending well.

Pending tries to clinch but Concrete is having none of it.
Quinton Concrete seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Pending gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Pending escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Concrete gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Concrete gets to his feet. Pending looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Concrete misses with a hook. Pending ducked under it nicely.
Concrete shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Pending defends it nicely.
Fyodor Pending has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Quinton Concrete.

Pending closes this distance looking for a takedown but Concrete circles away.
Horrible takedown by Concrete or perhaps it was just good defense by Pending which made him look bad.

Concrete swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Concrete uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Pending has time to react.

Concrete closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Pending quickly recovers to half guard.

Quinton Concrete showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Concrete shoots in looking for a takedown. Pending tries to sprawl out of it but Concrete keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pending manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

A left and a right from Concrete both land. Nice combination.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Quinton Concrete hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Well Concrete has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
