Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jon Bash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Harrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bash comes to the cage accompanied by Black Sabbath - Paranoid. Harrison has chosen God's Gonna Cut You Down as his entrance music. William Harrison has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Jon Bash!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, William Harrison!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harrison uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bash.
Harrison bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
The fighters circling - Bash throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
William Harrison seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bash looks to land a right hand but Harrison moved out of range.
Harrison lunges at Bash with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Bash's hand.
A shot to the liver by Bash. Beautiful body shot.
Bash doesn't manage to clinch there - Harrison circles away.
Harrison swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Bash stuffs the takedown.
Bash jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Bash is looking to chop away at Harrison's legs.

Harrison displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bash throws out the jab.

and Bash counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

A punch lands to the side of Bash 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Harrison scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Harrison takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The fighters circle momentarily. Bash darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Bash takes one on the button.

Bash throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Harrison stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Good leg kick by Bash there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Bash scores with a hook to the body. Harrison takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Harrison slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Bash tries to close the distance and clinch up but Harrison swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Bash keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Harrison closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Harrison creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Harrison tries to score a body lock takedown but Bash shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Harrison lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Bash backwards.
Harrison is working for takedown but Bash is calmly controlling the position for now.

Harrison escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

I would just about give that final round to William Harrison.
I think Harrison has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
