Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gorge Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Oquendo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Junior might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Kid Sensation - The Way I Swing. Jose Oquendo told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jose Oquendo!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oquendo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Junior moves away.
Oquendo thuds his shin into the meat of Junior's side.
Oquendo lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

It looks like Gorge Junior has been cut.
Oquendo scores with a kick to the midsection.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Junior takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Oquendo buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Oquendo plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Junior stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Oquendo.
Oquendo circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Junior drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Oquendo follows Junior to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

A less than humble Jose Oquendo misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
