Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frenchy Fuqua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kojo Sarpong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fuqua comes to the cage accompanied by Diesal Power. Sarpong has chosen HellRazor as his entrance music. Kojo Sarpong is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sarpong throws a lazy uppercut
and Fuqua counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Fuqua tries to score a power double leg takedown but Sarpong sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Fuqua somewhat.
Fuqua just misses with a punch to the body.
Fuqua blocks a head kick by Sarpong.
Sarpong throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Fuqua ducks under a wild hook from Sarpong.
Sarpong rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Fuqua counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Fuqua ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sarpong moves away.
Fuqua takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Fuqua misses with a wild body shot.
Fuqua dives in and grabs Sarpong's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sarpong pushes down on Fuqua's head and hops out.
Kojo Sarpong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sarpong explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

Fuqua changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sarpong tries to avoid it but Fuqua manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sarpong to the ground. Sarpong escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frenchy Fuqua. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Fuqua looks to score with a jab to the body but Sarpong is just out of range.

Kojo Sarpong is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Fuqua looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Sarpong uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Fuqua.

Sarpong throws a lazy right hand but Fuqua sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Fuqua takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Fuqua is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sarpong.
Sarpong ducks under a wild hook from Fuqua.
Fuqua shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sarpong pinned against the cage. Sarpong gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Fuqua drops his hands momentarily and Sarpong takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Sarpong throws a push kick but Fuqua slaps the foot to one side.
A left lands for Sarpong.
Sarpong takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Fuqua is looking to wear down Sarpong with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Fuqua fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Fuqua uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sarpong.
Fuqua throws a leg kick but Sarpong moved away.
Fuqua shoots in for a takedown but Sarpong shows good takedown defense.

Sarpong bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Fuqua sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Fuqua is breathing heavily.

Sarpong misses with a looping right.
A swing and a miss from Sarpong.
Sarpong bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Fuqua takes one to the side of the head.
Fuqua blocks the body kick.
Fuqua just misses with a punch to the body.
Sarpong throws a big shot that misses.
Sarpong swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Fuqua.
Sarpong connects with a crisp jab.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Sarpong rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

Sarpong takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kojo Sarpong dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Fuqua throws a looping overhand right but Sarpong ducks down to avoid it.
Fuqua moves out of range of the strikes.
Sarpong throws a lazy body kick
and Fuqua counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Sarpong thinking.
Sarpong keeps Fuqua at a distance using the push kick.
Sarpong throws a hook to the side of Fuqua's head but Fuqua sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Fuqua takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
A head kick misses from Sarpong.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sarpong. Fuqua does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sarpong connects with a jab.

and Sarpong counters with a left to the body.
Sarpong throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Fuqua throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Sarpong throws a shot from downtown. Fuqua moves away and avoids it.
Fuqua is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sarpong.
Sarpong throws a body kick that misses.
Sarpong misses the jab.
Sarpong fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

and Sarpong counters with a nice body kick.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Sarpong is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Sarpong lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Fuqua is rocked!
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Fuqua. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Sarpong fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Fuqua out cold! Brutal finish!
