Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tito Hopkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Krutcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hopkins comes to the cage accompanied by Public Enemy - Shut 'Em Down. Krutcher has chosen Fun Things - Savage as his entrance music. Jason Krutcher told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jason Krutcher!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Dillan Fox and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hopkins connects with a single shot there.
Krutcher tries to work over Hopkins's front leg with a kick but Hopkins checks it.
Krutcher throws a sloppy head kick and Hopkins moves out of range easily.
A big right from Hopkins misses.
Krutcher lands a high kick!

It looks like Tito Hopkins has been cut.
Krutcher tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A low kick from Krutcher is predictable there
and Hopkins counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hopkins blocks a head kick by Krutcher.
Hopkins changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Hopkins jabs Krutcher right on the nose. Krutcher blinks but takes it well.

It looks like Jason Krutcher has been cut.
Jason Krutcher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Krutcher throws a head kick but Hopkins moves out of range.
Hopkins throws out a loose jab but Krutcher uses good head movement to avoid it.
Krutcher closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Krutcher is rocked!
Hopkins lands a slapping body shot.
Krutcher is still on wobbly legs! Can Hopkins finish him?
Krutcher tries a head kick but it misses.
Krutcher seems to have recovered his senses.
Krutcher throws a lazy head kick
and Hopkins counters with a body kick that stops Krutcher in his tracks momentarily.
Krutcher looks gassed!
Krutcher throws the left hand but Hopkins avoids the punch easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hopkins. Krutcher does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hopkins scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Hopkins feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Krutcher sprawling to the canvas! Krutcher rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Hopkins finish him?!
Hopkins lands a nice hook to Krutcher's body. Krutcher takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Hopkins stuns Krutcher with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Hopkins moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Hopkins lands a big right hand that sends Krutcher crashing to the mat! Hopkins stays standing though and waves Krutcher back to his feet!

That has opened up Jason Krutcher's cut even more.
Hopkins scores with a hook to the body. Krutcher takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Hopkins throws an overhand right that drops Krutcher like a sack of potatoes! Hopkins dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
