Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Charles Darwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jenkins has chosen take it like a man as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darwin takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Jenkins takes one on the button.
Jenkins misses the jab.
Darwin misses with an uppercut. Jenkins saw that one coming.
Darwin throws out a loose jab but Jenkins uses good head movement to avoid it.
Jenkins drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Darwin is looking to improve his position but Jenkins isn't that keen on the idea.

Darwin manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Darwin has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jenkins is working away from the top position though.
Jenkins drops an elbow to the side of Darwin's head.
Jenkins is keen to just control but Darwin is a slippery customer.
Jenkins prevents Darwin from improving his position.
Darwin is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Jenkins's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Jenkins's back!

Darwin is working to avoid the ground and pound but Jenkins connects with a decent elbow.
Jenkins is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Darwin is trying to escape and Jenkins transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Darwin is forced to tap! Nice work there by Jenkins! Very nice indeed!
