Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jase Newson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Martinez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Martinez has chosen Black Eyed Peas - I Gotta Feeling as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Martinez takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Martinez throws a lazy right hand but Newson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Martinez throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Newson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Martinez needs to keep his hands up - Newson had a free shot at his head there.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
