Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kyo Kurosaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Avicus Anstoldos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kurosaki comes into the arena with Machiavellism - Dir En Grey blaring out of the sound system. Anstoldos has chosen Rotting Christ - Athanati Este as his entrance music. Avicus Anstoldos acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anstoldos wants to clinch up but Kurosaki keeps it at a distance.

Kurosaki clinches up with Anstoldos and pushes him back against the cage.
Kurosaki struggles to land a body shot inside as Anstoldos controls his hands.
Kurosaki swings wildly with an uppercut but Anstoldos uses good head movement to avoid it.
Kurosaki has Anstoldos pressed against the cage.
Anstoldos tries to pull guard but Kurosaki holds him up against the cage and eventually Anstoldos drops back down to his feet.

Kurosaki is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Anstoldos can't fight it off and eventually Kurosaki manages to take the fight to the floor. Anstoldos looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Anstoldos is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Kurosaki chips away with some ground and pound.
Kurosaki is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Anstoldos bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kurosaki's guard.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Kurosaki holds on and takes a little breather.

Anstoldos wants to get up but he can't break Kurosaki's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Kurosaki has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Anstoldos wanted to stand there but Kurosaki had control of the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Kyo Kurosaki wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Anstoldos tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Kurosaki counters with a left and a right that stings Anstoldos.

and Kurosaki counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Anstoldos's guard now.

Kurosaki is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Anstoldos is still in real trouble! Can Kurosaki finish him?
Kurosaki chips away with some ground and pound.
Kurosaki loads up on a big left hand. Anstoldos felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Kurosaki looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Anstoldos can't hide his disappointment, as Kurosaki celebrates the victory.

Kyo Kurosaki decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
