Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Curtis Sharp!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Doran Connell!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Damien Edna and Bruno Hogan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sharp fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Sharp scores a takedown into full mount!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Connell really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Sharp scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Sharp looking to finish with strikes here!

Sharp is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Connell can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Sharp misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Connell tries to lock up and control but Sharp gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Sharp thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Sharp connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Connell tries to reverse the position but Sharp maintains control.
Connell tries to lock up and control but Sharp gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Sharp has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Connell's face.
Sharp throws some wild stikes that Connell manages to avoid easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sharp punching from mount but Connell doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Connell wants to control but Sharp is having none of it.
Connell controls the position.

Connell tries to hold on but Sharp pushes him away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Connell is working to get back to half guard.
Sharp can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Connell is looking to escape.
Connell tries to lock up and control but Sharp gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Sharp unloading with bombs!

Sharp pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Connell wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Sharp.
Sharp cracks Connell with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Connell is rocked!
Sharp postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Connell out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Sharp goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
