Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Narvaez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamal Quik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quik has chosen Zro ft. Devin the Dude - Hit'em with the Mule (Ratatatat Remix) as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Narvaez tries a head kick but it misses.
Decent striking displayed by Narvaez there.
Crunch! Quik slams his shin into Narvaez's torso.
Quik lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Narvaez at a distance.
Narvaez's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Quik connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Narvaez scrambles back to his feet.
A punch lands to the side of Narvaez 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Narvaez connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Quik momentarily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Narvaez goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Quik throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Quik lands a jab to Narvaez's midsection.

Quik throws out a powerful jab.
Quik ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Narvaez moves away.
Quik uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Narvaez.
Quik lands with a kick to the ribs.
Quik moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Quik throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Narvaez.

Quik comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Quik throws a push kick but Narvaez slaps the foot to one side.
Jamal Quik is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Narvaez lands with an uppercut that bounces Quik off the cage and back into range.
Narvaez on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Narvaez misses with an uppercut.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Quik, right into the meat.
Quik connects with a combination that backs up Narvaez into the cage. Quik lands a flurry of punches that gets past Narvaez's guard. Narvaez is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Quik bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.

After the fight, Jamal Quik was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
