Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pete Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor Obsut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Daniels comes to the cage accompanied by Bridge Burning. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obsut feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Danielss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Obsut ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Daniels moves away.
Daniels uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Obsut.

Obsut shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Daniels's guard.

Obsut has gone for a leg lock! Daniels slips out almost immediately though and dives into Obsut's guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Daniels is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Obsut is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Daniels is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Obsut has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Daniels's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Obsut is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Daniels.

Obsut shoots in looking for a takedown. Daniels tries to sprawl out of it but Obsut keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Daniels manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Daniels throws a lazy right hand but Obsut sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Daniels tries to score a power double leg takedown but Obsut sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Daniels somewhat.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Pete Daniels will probably get the nod.

Daniels throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Obsut stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Daniels fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Obsut square on the jaw! Damn, Obsut is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
