Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between BeeJay Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brodie Sinclair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sinclair has chosen as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sinclair misses with a wild body shot.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sinclair. Penn does a little dance to reset his feet.
Penn wants to clinch.
Sinclair throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sinclair misses with a series of wild punches.
Sinclair shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Penn defends it nicely.
Sinclair shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Penn pinned against the cage. Penn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

The crowd cheers as Penn lands an impressive looking overhand right. Sinclair doesn't seem phased though.
Penn misses with a hook.
Penn closes the distance but Sinclair moves to the side
letting Sinclair counter with a right hand.
Penn fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Sinclair is out of range.
Penn scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Sinclair ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Penn connects with a single shot there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Penn tries to clinch but Sinclair moves out of range.

Sinclair feints and as Penn raises his hands in defense, Sinclair changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Penn is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Sinclair throwing strikes from guard but Penn blocks nicely.
Sinclair loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Sinclair slips nicely into half guard.
Penn wants to get back to his feet.

Sinclair is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Penn defends it well.

A close round but Brodie Sinclair will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Penn tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Sinclair counters with a nice uppercut.
Sinclair looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Penn is fending him off so far but Sinclair persists. Nope, Penn circles away and we're back to standing.
BeeJay Penn is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Penn lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Penn takes the fight into the clinch.
Penn misses with the head strike.
Penn lands a left hand.
Penn lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Penn.
Penn misses with a hook from the clinch.
Sinclair can't get the takedown.
Sinclair blocking some punches.

Sinclair has Penn pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Penn manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
BeeJay Penn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brodie Sinclair.

Penn lands a hook that snaps the head of Sinclair backwards.
Sinclair is breathing heavily.
Penn lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Penn tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Penn lands a hook to the side of the head.
Sinclair wants a takedown but no success here.

Sinclair is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Penn is defending well.

Penn is pressed up against the cage. Sinclair has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Penn down to the mat. Penn avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Penn throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Sinclair closes the distance and clinches up with Penn, looking for a takedown. Sinclair pushes Penn against the cage but Penn circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Sinclair walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Penn! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
