Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dwight Elkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Mirasty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Elkins's entrance music is Care Bear Countdown. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Mirasty can do anything to dispel that myth.

Elkins seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Mirasty for as long as he can get away with.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Elkins attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Elkins shoots in looking for a takedown but Mirasty manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Elkins's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Elkins lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Mirasty has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Mirasty and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Mirasty misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Elkins takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jon Mirasty showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Mirasty can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Elkins controls the pace.
Mirasty lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Elkins!
Elkins is looking to improve his position but Mirasty isn't that keen on the idea.
Mirasty throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
