Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonny Victorio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor Martinsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Victorio comes to the cage accompanied by Massive Attack - Angel. Martinsson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bleach - Fade to Black B13A. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Victorio ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Martinsson moves away.
Martinsson throws a front kick aimed at Victorio's knee but Victorio avoids it well.
Martinsson moves into range and connects with a jab.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Martinsson is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Victorio gets his way!

Victorio lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
Victorio is persistently looking for the submission but Martinsson is defending it well.

Victorio is in trouble now - Martinsson has advanced to mount!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Martinsson can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Victorio is looking to escape.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Martinsson lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Victorio has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Victorio and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
