Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Simon Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oliver Mctwist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams comes to the cage accompanied by UFC: Closer to the Edge (Jared Leto). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Mctwist wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Williams, who protects the arm well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mctwist thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Mctwist tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Mctwist has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mctwist wants to control but Williams is keeping him busy.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Williams bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mctwist just misses with a punch to the body.

Williams throws a nice outside leg kick.
Williams stalks Mctwist and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Mctwist's face. Mctwist staggers backwards, shaken.
Williams tries a head kick but it misses.
Mctwist walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Williams looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Mctwist on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Mctwist is breathing heavily.
Williams connects with an inside leg kick.

Williams drops Mctwist with a beautiful combination! Mctwist stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Williams is looking for the KO!

Williams dances in with a quick combination. Mctwist is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Williams snaps Mctwist's head back. Mctwist stumbles backwards against the cage. Williams steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Mctwist's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Mctwist just didn't come prepared.
