PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Flava Flave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tatu Tikki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Flave comes to the cage accompanied by Momma said Tap you Out. Tikki comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Ratatat - Loud Pipes kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Flava Flave has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flave throws a jab when Tikki was well out of range.
Tikki looks to land a left hand but Flave moved out of range nicely.
Tikki avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Flave uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Flave moves out of range as Tikki strikes.
Tikki digs a good hook to Flave's body.
Flave looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tikki is fending him off so far but Flave persists. Nope, Tikki circles away and we're back to standing.
Tikki ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Tikki scores with a nice right hand.
A jab from Tikki does it's job there.
Flave slips under a jab.
Flave uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Tikki.
Flave takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The fighters circling - Tikki throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Tikki is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Tikki stands up over Flave, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Tikki got a little sloppy there for a moment and Flave has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tikki has managed to get both his arms back between Flave's legs - danger averted.
Oh Flave is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Flave has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Tikki should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Flave has tightened it up now! Tikki should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
