Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Watson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rogers comes to the cage accompanied by The Warning. Watson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Till I Collapse- Eminem. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left and a right from Rogers both land. Nice combination.
Rogers throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Watson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Rogers won't be happy with that.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Watson tries to move into full mount but can't pass Rogers's legs.
Rogers is pushing Watson's head away, looking to escape. Watson manages to hold on to the position though.
Watson is putting a hurting on Rogers here, landing some big shots from side control.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Watson tries to move to mount but Rogers blocks the move with his legs.
Watson in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Watson creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Watson works to advance to full mount. Rogers defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Watson is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Rogers can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Rogers is breathing heavily.

Watson drops a big elbow. That's hurt Rogers! More shots from Watson and the ref steps in! The fight is over!

After winning the bout, John Watson thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
