The crowd seem to be enjoying Sheen's choice of entrance music: Winning! - Charlie Sheen. Charlie Sheen has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Rysty Sankari's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sankari moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Sheen walks into a straight right hand from Sankari.

It looks like Charlie Sheen has been cut.
Sheen connects with a body shot.
Sheen with a body punch. A glancing blow.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sheen throws a shot from downtown. Sankari moves away and avoids it.
Sheen misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sankari.
Sankari avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Nice uppercut lands for Sheen. That snapped Sankari's head back.
Charlie Sheen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sankari uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sheen.
Sankari throws a body punch but Sheen moves out of range.
Sankari fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sheen manages to avoid it.
Sheen ducks under a wild hook from Sankari.
Sankari is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sheen.

Sheen throws a hook to the side of Sankari's head but Sankari sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Sheen moves out of range as Sankari strikes.
Sankari takes a swing at Sheen's ribcage but misses.
Sheen lands with a shot to the body.

Sheen comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Sankari is breathing heavily.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sheen. Sankari does a little dance to reset his feet.
A shot to the liver by Sheen. Beautiful body shot.
Sheen throws a hook to the side of Sankari's head but Sankari sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Sheen thuds a left hand into Sankari's body.

Sheen sends Sankari crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Sheen is motioning to the referee to let Sankari up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Rysty Sankari has been cut.
Sankari uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sheen.
Sheen misses with an uppercut.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sheen. Sankari does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sankari pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Sheen cracks Sankari with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Sheen has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Sankari to stand back up!

Sankari is rocked!
Sheen throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sankari sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Oh Sankari is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sheen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sankari seems to have got his legs back now.
Sheen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sankari was well out of range. Poor timing from Sheen.
Sankari bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Sheen misses with a body shot.

Sheen lands a big uppercut and Sankari crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Sankari looks OK. Sheen waves Sankari back to his feet!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sheen throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Sankari's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Sheen dives in looking to finish as Sankari flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Sheen's strikes! Sheen is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Sankari's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Sankari was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
