The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ijima defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jones.

Ijima shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Ijima showed some decent athleticism there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
