Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Yusuke Nakamura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kazuya Takeda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nakamura comes to the cage accompanied by Oy, to ne vecher. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takeda leaves Nakamura with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Takeda keeps Nakamura at a distance using the push kick.
Nakamura closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Takeda is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Nakamura has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Nakamura is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Takeda is trying to get back to his feet.
Takeda avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Nakamura.
Takeda is not content to let Nakamura control the position.
Takeda tries to escape but Nakamura is in control.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Takeda can do anything to dispel that myth.

You can see the frustration on Takeda's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Takeda wants to stand but Nakamura has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Nakamura tries to get to full guard but Takeda has control of the leg.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Takeda feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Nakamura's calf.
Nakamura takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Takeda fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Nakamura has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Takeda pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Nakamura back to the cage. Takeda follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Takeda fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Nakamura has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Takeda fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Nakamura.
Takeda throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nakamura will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.

Nakamura steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Takeda. That one must have hurt.

Nakamura closes the distance and clinches up with Takeda, looking for a takedown. Nakamura pushes Takeda against the cage but Takeda circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
