Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Li Xiaolong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White comes into a darkened arena with his song building. yes kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Li Xiaolong!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Mr White!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Richard Clark and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White looks to throw the jab but Xiaolong is out of range.
Xiaolong walks into a left hand.
Xiaolong with a hook.
Xiaolong throws a body kick that misses.
Xiaolong slips under a jab.
A head kick misses from Xiaolong.
White walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Xiaolong checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
White scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Xiaolong moves out of range as White strikes.
White is looking to slow Xiaolong down with leg kicks.

White moves into the clinch.
White misses with the head strike.
Knees to the body from Xiaolong.

White is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Xiaolong can't fight it off and eventually White manages to take the fight to the floor. Xiaolong looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
White tries to free his leg and advance position but Xiaolong is retaining full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
White throwing strikes but missing.
Xiaolong working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from White.
White has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
White postures up in Xiaolong's guard and throws a big left but Xiaolong blocks it.
White throws a big elbow that misses.
White is pushing down on Xiaolong's leg trying to pass to half guard. Xiaolong is fighting to maintain full guard but White has managed to sneak the leg through.
Xiaolong is trying to stand back up but White is controlling him
Xiaolong blocking the ground and pound attempt from White.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Xiaolong trying to hold on to White's head to control him but White postures up.
White works his foot free and advances to mount.

Poor strikes thrown by White there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Xiaolong keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
White lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Xiaolong hang on?
Xiaolong knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for White on the ground.
Xiaolong is bucking up trying to escape but White cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
White postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Xiaolong looks a forlorn figure.
The referee warns Xiaolong that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
White with shots to the head and body - Xiaolong looks very uncomfortable down there.
White trying to control but Xiaolong is having none of it.
BOOM! White connects with a massive shot to the dome!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
White pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
White sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Xiaolong is desperately trying to improve his position but White has a good base and remains in mount.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
White lands a big shot there that rocks Xiaolong but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
White loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Xiaolong scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from White land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. White stands and salutes the crowd.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mr White!
