PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Muuli Potku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamie Gaines (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Potku moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Gaines gets tackled into the cage by Potku. Potku maintains the clinch.

Potku lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Gaines backwards.
Potku throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Potku pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Potku fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gaines.

Potku lands a big head kick that sends Gaines to the canvas! Potku follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
