Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Danny Tatum!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 0 - 1, fighting out of London, Konrad Koltun!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Paul Tew and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tatum avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Tatum feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Tatum takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Koltun shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Koltun was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Tatum has Koltun pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Tatum pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Koltun tumbling to the mat - Tatum dives into Koltun's guard.

Tatum's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Koltun will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Tatum shoots in for a takedown but Koltun shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
