Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Denes Belzen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gugo Ograni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ograni has chosen Ameno - Era as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ograni misses with a head kick.
Ograni lands a lovely overhand right.
Belzen tries for a takedown but Ograni circles away easily
and Belzen takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Ograni lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Belzen circles away quickly and effectively.

Belzen gets the takedown into side control.

Belzen goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Ograni rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Belzen's guard! Nice work there by Ograni!
Ograni stays in close to Belzen's body and controls the position.

Ograni got a little sloppy there for a moment and Belzen has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ograni has managed to get both his arms back between Belzen's legs - danger averted.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ograni is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Belzen is just riding it out for now. Ograni eventually gives up the hold.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Ograni wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Belzen, who protects the arm well.

Ograni is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Belzen knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Belzen is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Ograni's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Ograni wants to take a breather but Belzen is having none of it.

Belzen tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Ograni has advanced to mount. Uh oh.

Belzen has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Ograni escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Ograni!

Ograni is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Belzen looks calm but he's in trouble here. Ograni gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Belzen is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Ograni lets go of the hold and Belzen can pop his arm back in it's socket.
