With a record of 12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jammy Stoney!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Damien Edna and Steve Erwin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bower looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Stoney can do anything to dispel that myth.

Stoney has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bower can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Bower might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Bower keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Stoney's head.

Stoney really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bower. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The referee asks Bower politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Bower prefers to stall for the moment though.

Bower loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Stoney scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Bower land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Bower stands and salutes the crowd.

Post fight, an emotional Dave Bower said 'Im happy with this win. I wasn't sure how it would go with the back injury I have. I threw it out humping Curtain's mom last night!'.
