The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oliveira missing with a left hand there. Cage was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Cage turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Oliveira displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Cage throws out the jab.
Cage is looking to land body kicks.
Oliveira looks to land a combination but Cage avoids it well.
Oliveira moves out of range of the body kick.
Oliveira misses with a low kick.
Oliveira misses with an uppercut
and Cage counters with a nice leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Oliveira misses with a looping right.
Cage takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
A slapping body kick lands there for Cage.
Oliveira looks gassed!
Cage connects with an inside leg kick.
Cage tries to land a front kick but Oliveira steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Cage fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

It looks like Ernesto Oliveira has been cut.
Cage shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Luke Cage seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cage scores with a kick to the body.
Cage digs a good hook to Oliveira's body.
Oliveira tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cage misses with a body kick.
Cage buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Cage sends Oliveira crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Cage is motioning to the referee to let Oliveira up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Oliveira is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cage scores with a spinning back kick!
Oliveira is still on wobbly legs! Can Cage finish him?
Cage is stalking Oliveira. Oliveira circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Cage, and it's lights out! Oliveira really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
