Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Guybrush Threepwood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Turk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guybrush Threepwood has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Valeri Chadov and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turk moves out of range of the body kick from Threepwood.
Threepwood is looking to chop away at Turk's legs.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Turk is defended easily by Threepwood.
A thudding body kick lands there by Threepwood!
Turk slips under a jab from Threepwood.
Turk scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Turk seems to be working for a kimura but Threepwood defends the submission attempt.
Turk is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Threepwood doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Turk.

Turk is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Threepwood tries to get to full guard but Turk has control of the leg.
Turk has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Turk thows a huge punch but Threepwood dodges it nicely.
Turk wants to pass to mount but Threepwood is defending the position.
Turk is working for a submission of some sort.

Turk is nestled in close to Threepwood, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Turk is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Turk accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Turk thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Turk drops back, looking for a kneebar! Threepwood looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Threepwood looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Threepwood!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Turk is not content to let Threepwood control the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johnny Turk dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Threepwood scores with a kick to the midsection.
Threepwood throws a lazy uppercut
and Turk counters with a series of strikes that sends Threepwood to the canvas! Turk follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!
Threepwood is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Threepwood wants to improve his position but instead Turk has moved into half guard.
Oh Threepwood is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Turk lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Threepwood quite badly. Threepwood pulls Turk in close trying to recover. Turk postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Threepwood on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Threepwood doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Johnny Turk!
