Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jaakko Teppo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaakko Jussila (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Teppo comes to the cage accompanied by Jaakko Teppo - Hilma ja Onni. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jussila takes a swing at Teppo's ribcage but misses.
Jussila avoids the head kick by Teppo.
Jussila lands with a nice body punch.
Jussila pivots, looking for a leg kick but Teppo is out of range and Jussila settles back down.

Teppo walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Jussila checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Jussila throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Teppo scores with a hook to the body. Jussila takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Teppo's corner calls for a 1-2. Teppo obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

and Teppo connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Teppo takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jussila feints a jab promting Teppo to slip. Jussila then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Teppo slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Teppo slips a jab and a cross from Jussila.
Teppo lands a nice looking kick to the body. Jussila takes a step back to recover.
Jussila looks gassed!
Jussila throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Teppo's head.
Jussila throws the left hand but Teppo avoids the punch easily.
A left lands for Teppo.
Jussila moves out of range as Teppo strikes.
Teppo defending well as Jussila loads up on a big left hand.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Teppo, as that shot connected.
Jussila is rocked!
Teppo is looking to slow Jussila down with leg kicks.
Jussila is still on wobbly legs! Can Teppo finish him?
A shot to the liver by Teppo. Beautiful body shot.
Jussila takes a shot to the body in his stride.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Teppo sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Jussila's defenses. It connects perfectly with Jussila's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
